ideal location useful proximity busy street next door people
The location proved ideal for accessing historical sites. The hotel's proximity to the Metro lines was useful. Every kind of food was available nearby.
The room faced a busy street. I specifically requested a quiet room. I could hear the people next door talking. There was no sound proofing at all.

My visit included access for disabilities. Staff helped guide us. The rooms were neat. A luggage room was available for late flights. I also LOVED that the ladies cleaned everything!

the location was amazing i found it right next to the market it was very modern too service from staff operated 24h a day i couldn't rate it anymore. i was offered big umbrellas for the rain which i appreciated it really helped. the hotel was very central to many attractions.

an okay experience
lovely food metro stop worst pillows loose holder
the food was lovely with many options. a metro stop was a few minutes walk, it was very convenient. many restaurants and food choices were close by. i liked the variety of things available nearby.
the bed is okay at best but the pillows is one of the worst. the toilet roll holder was loose, it needed repair. the door knob was broken and the whole hotel was in a bad state. i think the maintenance could be better.

I found the rooms clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location proved excellent. A bakery across the street offered an ideal breakfast.
I noted noise issues. I could hear other guests at various hours. Cleaners also started early, I could hear them from 8:30 am.
